These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the review removal services offered by BnbReviewDoctor. By submitting information and/or payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

We provide a consultation service to assist Airbnb hosts in disputing and seeking the removal of guest reviews through expert navigation of platform policies and appeal procedures. We leverage specialized knowledge of Airbnb’s internal systems and moderation guidelines to advocate for removal on your behalf.

2. Success Guarantee

We guarantee the successful removal of any review for which we accept your case. If we agree to proceed after our initial assessment, removal is assured. Should the targeted review not be removed following our service, you will receive a full refund of the fee paid for that specific review, as our sole obligation.

3. Client Responsibilities & Required Information

To initiate our service, you must provide:

• The exact Airbnb listing URL.

• The full name of the guest who left the review.

• The associated reservation/booking code.

• Any relevant context regarding the stay or review.
  You warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from incorrect or insufficient information.

4. Process & Communication

Upon receiving the required information and payment, we will begin our process using our proprietary methods and channels. You agree not to contact Airbnb support regarding the targeted review once we have begun our work, unless explicitly instructed by us, as this may compromise our efforts.

5. Fees & Payment

All fees are due in full upfront upon acceptance of your case. Fees are non-refundable except under the conditions of our 100% Success Guarantee (Section 2). Prices are subject to change and are quoted on a per-review basis.

6. No Illegal Activity

Our services constitute expert consultancy aimed at navigating Airbnb’s existing appeal and moderation framework. We do not engage in hacking, fraud, or any activity that violates Airbnb’s Terms of Service or applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all platform rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including account suspension or delisting by Airbnb.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat all information you provide as confidential. We use encrypted communication and internal protocols to protect your data. Similarly, you agree to keep the specifics of our methods and communications confidential.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
